The continuous increase in price and application of titanium sponge in China indicates the demand increase in the future

According to the latest outlook report on titanium from abroad, the rising price of titanium sponge in China and the continuous growth of industrial application indicate that the demand will increase in the future. Both the imports of titanium sponge into China and the domestic production of titanium sponge  are on the rise.

Due to the lack of certified manufacturers for producing high-quality sponge materials suitable for aerospace industry, titanium sponge production in China mainly serves industrial applications. The production is expected to increase further in 2021. 

Industrial demand for titanium sponge is less affected by the global pandemic. Therefore, China's titanium sponge production is not affected by the unaffected demand from aerospace application.
