Born in November 1967 in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, YAN is a CPC member and EMBA graduate from Tsinghua University. He is Chairman of Beijing ZXJOY Investment Co., Ltd. , Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of GAD Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Executive Under Secretary General of China International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, and member of the Expert Committee of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products.

Graduated from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in July 1989 with his major in Communication Engineering, He successively held positions in technology, market and management in the State-owned No. 734 Factory and ZTE.

CAO Jinli, Vice President of the Company

Responsible for the development and operation of overseas mineral investment projects and international trade business

Graduated from Nankai University in 1996, CAO successively worked in the ZTE headquarters and Overseas Business Department of ZTE Corporation, General Manager of ZTE East Africa and General Manager of ZTE Russia. With rich experience in market, project development and cross-cultural team management, He led the development of mineral investment projects in Zimbabwe and Malawi. Meanwhile, he has an active role in driving international business with rich mineral resources of quartz sand from countries in south-east Asia and involved in The Belt and Road Initiative.

HUANG Yuliang, Vice President of the Company 

Responsible for leading and overseeing International Mining investment projects, and international trading business 

Graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1994. Worked at Ministery of foreign trade and economy organization,  Business Office of Chinese Embassy, ZTE and China National Nuclear Corporation. He possesses great knowledge in international trading, market research, and have abundent of leading and overseeing operations within international project experiences. He also has profound understanding of maintaining an international team with diversed member background.
